Yes,the scapegoating of migrants has become a political art, and the only victims are those who literally die seeking a better life, and others attacked verbally and physically. The more people start to see that migration is beneficial to the UK and that asylum seekers are victims who not only need help but who can also help us, the better.

Zoe, an issue affecting this space is the conflation of immigration & asylum. There's quite a lot of consensus that net migration is reduced (last year being circa 1 million).
