One of our Constitution’s core principles is that concentrated power leads to tyranny. That’s why judicial independence is so important. Proffessor @kateshaw.bsky.social explains:

Federalist 47: “The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, selfappointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” Separation of powers critical to the Constitution
Fiscal conservatives know this from reading Hayek. Trump Tariffs ignored the separation of powers, with the president overstepping into Congress's authority to regulate commerce.
It is neglect of congressional duty to allow the president to impose commerce policies that they have not voted on.
I have grave doubts about fiscal conservatism, but it’s incomprehensible how libertarians vote for Trump and pretend to square it with their beliefs. To me, that’s as nihilistic as a Christian idolizing the rich and excluding the poor and the foreigner.
The depth of dishonor and failure of the current POTUS, VP and minions has no bottom. A stain on their honor, their families, their party, their communities and our nation. We elected a convicted felon with a lifetime record of dishonor, bankruptcies and failed relationships. Now their tyranny. sad!
the greedy are so filled with fear that they do not have room for a conscience. capitalists without a conscience are not our friends and have no business in politics where THE PEOPLE should be represented and served ....
Democratic Party must become champion of mass traction economic demands to meet the needs of all Americans-Democratic Party's economic program must include everybody, bc this is the only way to assemble a sufficiently powerful coalition to secure victory over Wall Street/Silicon Valley billionaires
Did you notice Joe Republicans must name plates cause when Gabbard and others testify their name plates are The Honorable Tulsi Gabbard...here it's just professor Shaw.

Thomas Jefferson's main concern and warnings were about US becoming a 'monied aristocracy' and we are there. The only way to turn it around is to benchmark the best economic models in the world and the Scandinavian Model wins. They have billionaires too but also a vibrant strong middle class.
Maybe Democrats should send simplified copies explaining Separation of powers to Republicans in Congress and their handlers at the Heritage Foundation.
Maybe the right should analyze the situation and infer that the reason judges are blocking so many Trump/Musk actions isn't a radical judiciary...but the fact is that the wannabe emperors Trump/Musk keep doing illegal stuff.
Kinda simple if you THINK about it. Not a MAGA strong suit of course.

Know this. You will not be in power forever and you will have to live thru and reap this new greatness in ways you can never imagine.
You're fooling no one.
Every law firm should have the intention to stop unconstitutional unlawful executive orders if there is any basis in law therefore!
