They aren’t in uniform, they don’t show badges, they don’t show a warrant. They are just breaking and entering. Here they would be blown off the porch, thinking they are a burglar.
If you have a room with 100 cops and 1 of them is corrupt, and the other 99 look the other way or cover for him, do you know what you have? 100 corrupt cops.
I think you’re right and if it happens enough, it will be interesting to see if republicans are willing to stand behind Trump ignoring the 2nd amendment as readily as when he ignored the 1st, 5th, and 14th.
Out of interest, why are there so many amendments to your Constitution? Was it not very good to start with?
Is what you've got now like a "New Improved Version"?
It's a living document and times have changed in the last 248 years. When times change, the Constitution is amended to reflect that. The Amendments themselves are fairly self-explanatory.
2/ The first 10 are also known as The Bill of Rights.
The 1st Amendment protects citizens from our Government [e.g., Congress] passing laws that curtail our freedom of [and from] religion, + a free press + freedom of assembly and petition. The last 2 apply to peaceful protest.
3/ The 1st Amend. does not cover legal rules set by private individuals or companies. Nor does it erase responsibility if free speech is abused (shouting "fire" in a crowded theater w/ no fire is the classic example). Your speech is free, but you aren't immune to facing consequences of your speech.
4/ The 2nd Amendment probably was intended to permit "well-regulated militias" to have and bear arms without the government swooping in and stealing their guns, but people tie themselves in knots over this one, so lets just say it permits citizens to own guns and put a pin in that for now.
Ah. I'm looking forward to learning how Trump is going to make the next amendment, then.
Tnx for taking the trouble to reply to a somewhat tongue in cheek question.
I'm a bookish geek in a large extended family of educators and professional nerds, so letting my ADHD loose to chew on a topic I find interesting every now & then is good for my well-being!
It takes a 2/3 majority vote in both houses of congress and ratified by 3/4 of the states. That's why there's been relatively few of them for as long as the constitution has been around.
"Article V of the United States Constitution requires Congress to hold a constitutional convention once two-thirds of state legislatures (34 states) call for one."
They always seem to be in groups of 4-5, picking out isolated people and surrounding them before making their move. You know, like the hyenas they are.
Don’t think most are ice in fla desantis had his own private militia abbot does in texas and trump has all the j 6 criminals on the streets they will kill for him
Yeah these random guys came and grabbed me so I beat one of them to paralysis with the baseball bat I kept by the door and really never thought would actually be used.
This is why I've been 3D printing tiny, loud 'ICE whistles' to hand out at the library where I work. So if anyone gets approached by these masked thugs, or sees someone else getting abducted, they can make a LOT of noise. Distract the thugs, and get the whole community watching & recording.
Now that you mention it, it’s really very odd how it keeps not happening huh.
There’s literally more guns than gringos and yet someone your elected government keeps sending browns to concentration camps abroad with basically zero resistance?
And then 20 others will shoot that person multiple times, shoot the person’s family and dog, burn the house down, and arrest the neighbors. After all that, the administration will blame it on trans athletes or college protesters.
I would rather we didn’t have a secret police force that has immunity to any repercussions for their actions, illegally breaking into peoples houses and kidnapping people. My point was that when someone tries to fight back it is going to be a bloodbath.
These guys are wearing masks to snatch women off the street, they don’t even want the social repercussions. No way they’re stacking up to kick in a door with a bunch of 00 on the other side and as the enslavement destinations get worse the alternatives are going to get more appealing in comparison.
I think we might be surprised when the first 'ICE agent' is killed while abducting an 'illegal alien' and we find out he wasn't an ICE agent at all, but a MAGAt with a gun.
I would rather be killed and my children be killed fighting for our lives than go through what we'd go through. I'd rather be shot if it means someone can escape.

I think the point is to provoke responses to be used as justification for further lockdowns. It's never worked in this country like that, that I know of. So there is some amount of hope.
When landscaping make sure to plant endangered species over areas you don't want dug up.

If I don’t know who you are, you’re covering your face in regular clothes & trying to grab me Ii’s not going to go well.
You’re probably gonna get maced in the eyes or have a hat pin shoved deep into your eye.
*Disclaimer: Do not do this.
It's time to fight back.

That much commotion and violence would definitely garner attention
And it will be hard to convict someone who thought it was a home invasion.
I’d rather take my chances w/ a gang…
