Writer's block is usually one of two things:
1) You haven't figured out what to write. If this, step away. Go to a quiet place & think. 90% of writing happens away from your desk.
2) Fear what you write will suck. If this, accept that it will & remember no one gets to see it until it's finished.

It's okay to put it on the backburn for a min. Sometimes even the act of being like "okay I'll start outlining or writing something else" will help trigger some thoughts and ideas you maybe were just having issues getting in touch with

4) you may want more experience, more info, more details. Do some reading of other works and spend some time enriching yourself. You might need more homework.
Sometimes my PTSD gets so bad that I literally can't think.
Other times I can churn out 20 pages in a day.
