Is Gov. Mills term up soon? It would be nice to have a Senator from Maine who doesn't clutch her pearls and make a big deal before knuckling under and making sure her vote doesn't count anyway.
She terms out in '26. There's been talk of trying to convince her to replace Collins (we apologize for her 🙄🤦), but we also recognize that Mills is 77, and someone younger might be better in the long run.

I’ve been a proud Quad City citizen for my entire adult life. I’ve been here 30 years. I was 19 when I moved here. I lived in Iowa for the majority of the years. Illinois government was a mess. Iowa is now a mess and I moved to Illinois in 2020. I’m so grateful that I did. @govpritzker.illinois.gov

Not gonna lie, when JB first ran I bemoaned having to vote for yet another rich white male but of course was gonna work to oust Rauner. That said, at every turn JB has shown that he truly cares and uses his privilege and power to advocate for all people. More than pleasantly surprised. Thank you!
