Suggestion for a new policy.
For every $5,000 a private school in fees above 10K a year per student, their federal funding gets cut in half.
If they ‘need’ aquatic centres, elaborate theatre halls etc the parents can obviously afford to pay for all their education

Here's another: every school receiving public funding has to make their facilities available to the public on weekends & holidays.
