So 2 accessible loos needed as well then, otherwise there will be nowhere for GC disabled women to go… oh wait - intersectionality is a dirty word. Or maybe it’s not about women’s rights at all? Plus side - growth assured by the increased need for plumbers.
Not wanting to be flippant when friends who are trans are being left with nowhere to safely go - but this ruling makes no sense, does nothing to further women’s rights and is simply mean spirited at best and deeply transphobic at worst.
Most cafes in Brighton (and I imagine also in less socially liberal places) function perfectly happily with one or maybe two self contained lockable cubicles with a wash basin, open to any human being who wants to use the loo . As do aeroplanes ✈️ and trains 🚂.
