detox yesterday. Eat nothing but bananas, black coffee, after ugh, the debauchery! Well, but, ya know there was one devilled egg , couldnt let it go to waste. Still on track, though, another banana. A healthy stir fry dinner, with so much cabbage, broccoli, shrimp. Then half a sweet potato pie
