(Also, I don't know if that tab, to be useful, needs a thousand followed accounts, which might actually be the case.)

In fact, twice before I have started to post on this platform & given up because there was so, so little engagement. This time around it's much less lonely, yet in comparison, it's still considerably quieter than on 🐦 especially in terms of chat & replies.

Yes, it is clearly a problem, I think the site needs more users and some more engagement. But to me I do not regret leaving X as I was burdened by too much engagement and also quite negative responses.

Yes, and I think it was important for this site that there was this quite significant UK twitter user departure a month ago when Musk made this horrible posting on "Civil war" etc. The sinking of the X ship is Musk's own making.

I read early in my time here that reposts are more important on BlueSky than on Tw/X in helping stuff you like/agree with/think is important to get visibility. Something to do with (lack of?) algorithm. Can't find info about it now. I repost more than I used to for that reason.
