I will never understand people complaining about ports, remasters, or even any video game existing. You know you don’t have to buy them, right? You’re not obligated to buy any of these luxury entertainment products. You can for example buy a nice pie instead, the choice is yours! 💁♂️

and a lot of the old mechanics aren't avaliable or dumbed down it's also 3 games so I'd have to pay 60 bucks.
Poor value products exist.
Like if studios had infinite time/resources it would be fine; but they don't.
Nothing against the movies, of course, but the Port Royal world in Kingdom Hearts just wasn't for me.
Also, it would be real nice if these studios remastered games that would actually benefit from a remaster instead of re-releasing effectively the same game 3 years apart.
So many new IP's are coming out and there are legions of games from last gen I doubt everyone has played
This release is something I wanted to like but it sucked. Bad because it precludes a better rerelease any time soon
or:
This game is trash, or I just don't like rereleases; and (if it is big budget) it takes resources away from making something I would enjoy.
what about movies, or books, or other types of games (card, board, ball...???)
did you only play like 4-6 games of candyland as a kid? cuz you know that's about how many pieces of pie you could possibly have in one sitting... before your pie(game) goes bad
We don't have to settle for mediocrity here
TLOU P1 was the exception to this
that still takes time, time=money.
the fact that people still play/re-play these games shows it is worth the effort and time for the business.
As for ports, yeah why are people bitching about that? If they launch with minimal issue it shouldn't be a problem.
>pie store is only making cherry pies
>I complain
>"lmao dude just go buy a videogame instead"
Folks can't be perturbed or bothered by missing or jenky reworked features, worse camera angles or other little bugs that shouldn't get past Dev or Test let alone QA. Eat pie.
So, we just doin Twitter again, eh?
