I’m not the biggest Stephen King fan, but I found 11.22.63 to be completely engrossing. I forgot it was so long- I plowed through it in a couple of days.

I have not read the other two, but I can solidly recommend The Count of Monte Cristo. I first read it as a young teen, along with the Three Musketeers and the Scarlet Pimpernel (aka Zoro before there was a Zoro.)
