I was a miserable version of myself in the first Trump term. It nearly killed me. That’s not happening now. I’m going to do the work, I’m going to feel the rage, but I’m not letting them rob me of my joy. They won’t take a minute away from me being with my son. Somehow, I’ll be a joyful warrior.

Having that plan has made it much easier to deal with this shitstorm. No depression, no hopelessness, no despair. I'm ready and able to fight on my terms, not theirs.
