As a hematologist, I highly recommend you keep as much of your blood in your body as possible*

Please do not do “bloodletting” for “chemical detox,” and please do not pay someone £300K to drain your blood! This is not a legitimate treatment.

The PFAS accumulate in organ tissues, I don't think these bloodletting procedures will put much of a dent in that.
The government of Jersey information is here:
https://www.gov.je/Environment/Water/pages/pfas.aspx
And the minutes of the meeting here:
https://www.gov.je/SiteCollectionDocuments/Health%20and%20wellbeing/PFAS%20Panel%20Minutes%207%20November%202024.pdf
I can’t see an actual recommendation for either phlebotomy or plasmapheresis in the minutes.
(Price tag would be more like 20,000 pounds/euros for 10-15 sessions of 5 litre filtration sessions)
