Umm. “From 2007 to 2023, Turner worked at Systemware, a content management software company, where he served in various capacities, including chief inspiration officer.”
“In 2023, Turner was named Chief Visionary Officer of JPI, a national developer, builder, and investment manager of Class A, attainable and affordable multifamily assets across the U.S.”
‘As a lawmaker in Texas, Turner opposed expanding affordable rental housing and supported a bill to let landlords refuse to rent to someone on federal housing assistance, according to ProPublica.’
Hey NPR, I’ve trusted you for 30 years how about you say something about Elon installing AI software into the government systems and the State Department’s flag signaling it’s under attack??? The employees are willing to talk so far! They can only be brave for so long.
“Let’s put our token black in charge of urban housing. He must know about urban housing and poverty because he’s black, right?” - Trump’s thought process.
The guy saying hud is failing because of a lack of affordable housing, works for a company whose job it is to buy up all the affordable housing in the country.Every one of trump’s cabinet Secretary’s have a vested interest in their respective agencies failing.Prove me wrong.
Of course he’s the chosen one! No white one in their circle would want to deal with anyone other than white. 🤬 bet he’s the only man of color in da house. racist much?!
Just an assumption here as I'm seeing it in my city, but I'm guessing that "investment " will ultimately result in unnecessary and detrimental gentrification. We've heard this rhetoric before at the local & state level...
So that whole thing where multiple lawmakers swore they were going to block ANY Trup appointees until Musk was dealth with was just bullshit then, huh?

Sounds kind of DEI to me.
