TLDR: Covid hit, and because most of their customers were takeout rather than dine in, they saw a surge in productivity, aka more customers served cause they were in and out. Some customers are still leery of eating in, and restaurants have been able to "maintain" productivity as a result.
Are you kidding me? There's like five people running an entire McDonald's. The productivity has been off the charts for years! They deserve to be paid WAY more than they do.
