The video was obtained from the mobile phone of one of the ambulance crews. They found the mobile phone by chance while searching for ambulance crews.

This is truly horrible. Rescue aid workers killed in cold blood. I have been a rescuer in the past and saved many lives. The thought of someone shooting at me while I was performing life-saving techniques is mind-blowing.
