It's a crypto scam account. I've reported it both for impersonation and unwanted content, but there should be something more proactive you can do.

Reported and blocked the give away was when it called me Sarah so sounds like this is definitely “hands on keyboard” DMing multiple people and not a bot.

The low number of followers should have alerted me, but I don’t immediately interrogate every little thing, and assumed you’d only very recently become active on Bluesky. Blocked and reported.
