Aha, I see why you might be. It's an awesome music shooter from Sega released on Dreamcast and PS2. There are modern versions of it kicking around on Steam and consoles too: Rez Infinite.

It's a Japan-exclusive Cyber Connect Rensha 2 PS2 controller, one of my favourite pickups of last year. Really nice pad that's become my new go-to for PS2 games.
