I believe in a national draft, but for low level customer service jobs. Working one is an important part of developing a good and empathetic personality

Years ago I worked a food stand at a music festival and a guy left a 10 in the tip jar and I was so broke that I said “thank you” in such a genuine way that I believe I actually disturbed him. He was like “uh no problem man, it’s totally fine it’s 10 bucks”. Never forgot to be that way myself

I also go out of my way to be nice to any and all customer service folks bc I know how much that job sucks.
