I think it also serves to give something for the supporters to support and balk at any opposition to. “What else are they supposed to do its a mess there” will be the sentiment and anyone who thinks of the idea of “Trump Gaza” as anything but great will be considered stupid.
I actually think it's simpler than that. Trump is a walking ID. That's it. That's the tweet. He sees something that tickles his ID and reposts it.
