If the rumor is true and they're making the Commander format only mana value 3 or less going forward, I can finally see it becoming a real thing people will play

I think that still allows for a lot of power creep. We should limit the card pool to a fixed collection. Maybe a block? Are there any good blocks pre-Commander with enough legends to make that work?
