I haven't seen much reporting on it but they're hitting NEMSIS too. That's EMS reporting. They're trying to make it impossible to accurately report and track emergency data involving trans people, including violence.

Like the hospitals that recently stopped delivering trans healthcare, these nonprofits are likely waiting/hoping for the courts to swoop in and save the day.

Scary, because this shows that most won't stand up for themselves before everything else fails. Less courage --> more destruction & misery.

Aren’t their demands for relief vulnerable to the administrations tactic of conceding the case on the specific orders and just moving the policy decisions to a different vehicle? The plaintiff needs to demand that the defendant is barred from making similar efforts in different vehicles as well.

I’m grant writing this semester, we’re having to change our language— but the goal is to survive all of this, we cannot help anyone if we lose funding and dissolve. It’s an awful place to be in. These people care deeply abt our most vulnerable, I want them to know we’re not forgetting about them. :(
