You’d be surprised. Sometimes we do. I mean we did pass an amendment protecting abortion and legalizing recreational weed even after republicans tried to sneakly have us vote on a special issue earlier in the year to require a 60 percent threshold for amendments to pass which we ended up rejecting.

This bodes well for WY that made an amendment to is Constitution re: healthcare because of ACA. They’ve now tried to pass laws saying trans & reproductive care is not healthcare Gov vetoed because unconstitutional. Last I heard Legislators want to fight it but this Ohio decision should set precedent
