I can't afford a Substack subscription cos redundancy (🫤) but I wanted to say Ron Mark is right to promote a combined Wairarapa council, not only for 3Wai. The dysfunction within the 3 councils is hair-raising, & the duplication of high-salary roles & the sheer waste are unconscionable
