It was a tragedy when Surdyk Flights was kicked out of the airport. I used to check in early, grab a sandwich and a beer before boarding. Perfect start to a trip.

France 44s Prosciutto di Parma is incredible. It's like the Ficelle, but sub brie and olive oil for the butter and take out the arugula. A sometimes food, but hugely popular in my family.
