Supreme Court does not have the authority under the Constitution to grant Trump immunity. That decision is null and void. The military does have the authority to defend the Constitution against domestic terrorist

Waiting for a case that Trump can ignore courts to reach SCOTUS. Is Roberts going to rule in Trump's favor? If the SCOTUS ever thereafter makes a ruling Trump doesn't like, he'll be free to ignore it. Although Roberts ruled that Congress no longer matters, I can't see him giving up his own power.
