The sad thing is, after using Outlook for YEARS, I decided to pull the plug, and tried to migrate all my email messages to my new provider - and Outlook wouldn't let me- even their tech-support couldn't make it happen. It gutted me to lose all those messages - but, at least I'm free.

I have really tried with Outlook but half the time I can't even get it open properly. It locks me out regularly. Now I only use webmail from my internet provider.
