I've been using pillows to experiment with positions, taking the time to move them is when I generally do light stretching or even push ups or something (if I'm up to it) to increase circulation, and while it feels not quite right for longer, I do notice I can cozy up better after. Then, breathing.

I just wanna cry right now - my head over the last few days has been so bad with stress.
