I prefer an annual hunger games style competition between say a dozen of the 10,000 richest Americans. If you win, you get a 10 year tax holiday. If you lose, your holdings are expropriated.

Back of napkin math says that $1 billion at 5% is roughly $137k in interest per day. You’d have to work hard to spend that much to keep your total value under $1 billion. Interesting economic stimulus plan.

There is another economic problem. The excess money comes back in the system, is distributed. Over night eggs go up to $10,000 a carton.
We need to elevate tools, with a one time buy-in, that reduces production and distribution to free. Excess.
