Kuenssberg RAGING, almost TEARFUL, over Grenfell: "It's been SEVEN YEARS, Prime Minister!"
Laura was BBC Political Editor for five of those of course, then in charge of the flagship Sunday programe for two.
Here is a short thread of every time she pressed the Tory gov't as hard on this. 1/1

Haven't seen the programme but the answer to this should be direct reference to the abysmal legacy from the Tory gov - they had to call an early election because the buildup of issues became untenable.
I suspect she will move elsewhere during this Parliament.
Just ignore her
Widely vilified within my left / left of centre pro EU bubble but, if I recall correctly, viewed more positively by @iandunt.bsky.social , @mrjamesob.bsky.social and other journalists.
I might be wrong of course
If you know, you know.

keep grifting for the tories and pretend labour have been in power for 14 years
She comes from a privileged background, which couldn't have harmed her chances.
Nothing. It’s all gossip. She never tells us anything new.
Her programme is the equivalent of coffee table reading material. Politics for people who don't know much about politics, but are quite happy to swallow the crap she dishes up.
After the change of government, it seems deeply inappropriate to keep her in position, except to continue pretending she isn't deliberately partial as she proves she is.
(*I haven't seen the interview.)
Few get more disdain from me than those who ‘phone it in’ where their job is concerned 😡
Did she ever tell the Tories off for claiming the situation was bad because of the previous Labour administration?
She is so blatant it's shameful.

But this article about Laura contradicts the view that she's biased https://www.theguardian.com/media/2017/sep/29/laura-kuenssberg-profile-bbc-titan-die-for-impartiality-abuse
I'm not sure a grown up discussion is possible for you but this article sums up what I was saying.
I remember reading that at the time. Like I say, I don’t personally believe her problem is personal bias. She has to work with the false ‘balance’ that the BBC demands, which results in confected ‘devils advocate’/‘some people might say’ questioning. I just think she could tone that down a bit.
This idea that she’s “considered”impartial because she offends both sides is trotted out all the time. It took me a while to notice that she has a very pronounced list to starboard.
No she isn't.
Her diary must be a catastrofuck.
Kuenssberg is their creature.
Time for change at the BBC.
