If you don’t mind subtitles (and paying for another service), Spiral (original title is Engrenages) on MhZ+Choice was amazing. Just watched eight seasons (8 to 12 episodes per) thru Oct.-Nov. Gritty blend of Paris detectives/judicial procedural. Also enjoying S2s of Silo, Bad Sisters.

Last I looked it was on Amazon Prime, with Mackenzie Crook & Toby Jones, every time I rewatch it I catch another subtle nuance that adds to the humor, the whole cast is brilliant

Don't watch much new stuff, but of what we have, maybe Severance was the most enjoyable. It probably doesn't count as new any more, but Only Murders was fun for everyone in the family, if kids are old enough (it is pretty wholesome at root, maybe 10+ for age?)

I want it to be good.I have to like it on it's own merits and not compare it to"The Bureau".And I'm a fan of Fassbinder. Clooney's involvement may be good, He's a heavy handed director,but so far only producing.And he has great taste.

It may be good,but the show upon which it is supposedly based had 50 episodes over 5 seasons, virtually no stunts or explosions. It was a character study to the end. This is exactly the type of thing that won't attract an American audience, but if it sounds good to you, the original is on Paramount+

I can’t binge on any of them. They’re all a little over-rich. Almost — but not — overdone. Too too. But good.
