Satellite subdivisions with tiny homes? (stores, med clinics, sanitation, utilities all nearby).
Working homeless need stable housing. As do families left adrift by soaring housing costs.
People are living in their cars.
Meanwhile, outside of Canada, as much as 60% of housing is social housing, a new family size apartment in Vienna rents for $1200 per month, a one bedroom in Düsseldorf for $900, and 60% of Canadians can’t afford to live where they do…
