I have been working on a large paper that has multiple interventions to create a better information ecosystem. But it's not done yet. I'm not going to waste time posting it out bit by bit here when it's not done and to someone who has misunderstood the law.

Enforcing anti-trust law would be one approach. Another would be to require interoperability, so that platforms would have to earn their users rather than relying on lock-in.
