I don’t know if he’s made it to billionaire status yet - though, by the sounds of the HxH currency, being a billionaire may be the same as being a billionaire in yen - which is to say a millionaire, but still technically a billionaire.

Fictional characters are a different story. We don't see Bruce lobbying congress to get regulations reduced so he can exploit his workers. Bruce constantly displays compassion that real billionaires don't.

I used to wanna be a billionaire when I grew up, Seeing all of the things that they get up to and are willing to do just to turn a profit or save money, I think I'd rather work for $3.15/h than be one of them.
