Calling it 85% of his peak capacity is straight up insulting to him. I could not bare to watch him speak in years 3 & 4, nevermind the debate. He was a puppet with a teleprompter and smart people directing him. I'm sorry but we need to demand better and be honest with ourselves.

The debate was practically the only opportunity for us to see him critically thinking and speaking without a prompter. Everything else may have well been a production and decided by committee. I assure you that wasn't just one 'bad night' by a stroke of luck.

If you zoom past the first 30 minutes, listen to any of his answers. They might have him on every cognitive-improving drug, and prepping him to the gills because it's do or die for his camp, and still he's like a rambling zombie. I don't want to be cruel to him but I need to get this point across.
