And firing squads, females of all colors aiming rifles at Trump and Hegseth, a female Japanese doctor to give RKF Jr. a lethal injection, a female who knows how to operate a gas chamber to gas Kash and Bongino (much like the evil cop Kurt Bowman's fate in Superman: The Late Mr. Kent).
And the priests asking those inhuman GOP monsters for any final words before sentences are carried out would be British, Scottish, Irish, Welsh and Australian.
Absolutely clear and correct, sir. The U.S. considers itself too good to sign the Rome Statute. Americans assume war criminals only exist or operate in underdeveloped countries. They feared joining the convention would subject ‘the world’s policemen’ to unfair prosecutions.
Now Americans refuse to uphold the world order they helped create and cannot even police themselves. More proof we should never have counted on Americans to begin with.
Which is why they wrote into law that they don't recognize the ICC, and has given itself the veto power to block international rulings. If you don't think rabid supporters of the current admin wouldn't enact that shit to save daddy trump, you've not been paying attention.
Unfortunately, the US vehemently opposes the authority of the ICC (located in The Hague), so no one from the US will be tried there. Now about that prison camp in El Salvador …
Very good point. Thing is, If ‘we the people’ are forced into a ‘2nd American Revolution’ as is our duty and obligation to🇺🇸⚖️and country, None of these fuckers will live long enough for The Hague. They’ll be executed post trial, on US soil, by ‘law abiding citizens’ of the United States #Fact🇺🇸 GOP🇷🇺💩🤬
They're not attacking the white demographic yet, but this is a class war, and they will not be spared. The end goal is two classes, the wealthy and the poor, and race isn't going to exempt anyone.
The problem with Guantanamo is that a future administration could release them. Once we send them to the ICC, nobody is going to invade the Netherlands to get them back.
they said the same thing about the aliens enemies act after ww2 but here we are, and patriot act era bs that we are now witnessing dismantling our government institutions.
"unenforceable laws" are not because the laws are impossible to implement but because they lack the want to enforce them.
I'm saying that the bill doesn't do anything on its own. All it does is reflect the opinion of Congress at the time it was passed. Forcibly getting people back from the ICC would require declaration on The Netherlands, and that is true with or without that bill.

Your country refused membership. The ICC has no jurisdiction over crimes of any kind committed within your borders.
You. Need. To. Save. Yourselves.

Actions outside the borders of the US are subject to the laws of the country in which they take place, beyond the reach of US laws.
They should suffer as much as humanly possible.
I will have to be vague to avoid ban, but here's my idea: start misleading ICE agents into situations that...
...let's just say... Will make them reluctant to do their job again. Make them afraid. And Republicans afraid. Use the fear against them.

What worries me is how many immigrants and fellow trans people are going to die before that happens...
We really ought to arm ourselves.
Instead of buying a lot of weapons, it's better to choose one that feels comfortable to you and learn how to use it well.
