Like you can read the first three as actual virtues just spelled poorly (Intelligence, Empathy, Reliability) but then it devolves into absolute gibberish.
Asimov's Five Laws of Robotics are entirely ignored. They could actually provide solid guard rails for AI if followed and programmed. AI, robotics developers, and the so-called AI-ethics panels don't care. They are too busy making defense contract deals with DARPA to design Skynet
