Great point (and thread) about why some stand out, though sometimes polarise.

I was at a keynote on leadership (business, rather than politics) yesterday by Gospel singer & investment banker Carla Harris, who also spoke about authenticity being a competitive advantage, which I found great to hear.

None of those politicians are universally liked by the way, they can be highly polarising - but they also reach parts of the public who are turned off by traditional politics - and having more people like them, or more politicians feeling comfortable to be authentic would help with faith in politics
