It had like singing space herpes. A little robot castrator machine that was like chomp chomp chomp. It was stupid as hell. I remember seeing it when I was like six or eight I really need to watch it again.

You see, I saw Barry Bostwick play the Pirate King on stage in L.A. back in 1981 with Pam Dawber playing Mabel, JoAnne Worley playing Angela Lansbury’s character and Andy Gibb playing Frederic. It was a fantastic production.
I didn’t figure they shouted it at Pirates! Brevity made me unclear - what I meant was, nobody notices in RHPS that he’s actually got a good voice, because they’re too busy yelling and also they cut his showcase song from the movie.
Of all the things they did, that was the best. I wish I had kept that player and all the movies after my mom passed. I’m kicking myself because it worked. We even had Star Wars A New Hope on VCD.
