AI is a fact of existence. It's going to be an education aide, not destroy it. It's going to make it so that, one day, children won't need conventional schooling. They'll be able to learn as life goes instead of a structured regimented schedule, unless that's the best way a kid happens to learn.
Your opinion is totally accepted , the way I see it The use of AI could diminish a significant portion of human interaction in the learning process, resulting in a loss of social skills and interpersonal developmen
People won't necessarily become afraid of each other and never go outside anymore. I can see parents still forcing kids to interact, but even more because it's important. I'm not advocating people lock themselves away in self-contained pods for life. I picture it more like the old future
Like you do remember that developing physical photos used to be a painstaking process right shitass? Not to mention lighting, perspective, filters, zoom; it's a lot more then just typing a stupid prompt and letting the computer generate an image you fucking nerd
AI isn't at that point where it's synthetic life. THEN it can be evil. We're not there yet, and with any luck, synthetic life will look at its creators and think...let's take the good parts from our "parents" and then BE BETTER
It's really too bad because AI generated art is making art more equitable than ever. But people are afraid of something being taken away from them so they have to hate it.
Which is to say, not difficult at all; anybody reading this could make art right now without spending a dime: write a poem, draw a picture, sing a song, do a dance, make a movie with the camera on your phone, make a sculpture with the stuff around you.
At the risk of being sworn at again, what do you mean? AI can be a tool, just like photoshop. An artist can include it to enhance any visual art creation they can make. Graphic artists don't call Photoshop evil. They use it to work from and add to their work.
First, "AI" isn't a tool-it completely generates everything for you given a sentence prompt and the millions of images it was trained on. Many of them it wasn't allowed to train on because they're copyrighted.
A tool is something that requires human involvement to use. "AI" can be fully autonomous.
Thirdly, OpenAI has recently released a feature where you can "create Studio Ghibli style art". This deliberately singles out one anime studio to attract more people to its service.
In this case there is human involvement in the process, yes. But you can totally create an image where the only human involvement is creating a sentence that loosely describes what you want. Or ChatGPT can create such a prompt for you.
starting point. For example, someone like me without money won't ever save for a decade or 2 for a piece of art when I can get close to what I want, but people with money will always be willing to pay for it. You all are worrying about nothing just like automation was a nothing burger in the long
Um, no, your idea of AI is incorect, sorry. AI learns by pattern recognition and about color, light, and shape. That's not stealing anything. Just because it can make a passable image doesn't mean it is ever going to be better than a master level artist. It will, in the future, be used as a
Honestly, yeah, send this fucker to hell, sue him if you want, do whatever. They deserve it.
Honestly, this just show that this entire group are filled with toxic pieces of shit who are willingly to hurt even their supposed friends for their selfish desires.
The word “content” should find a new place in Ai. Only spelling it with a lowercase i to cement the point and not associate it with the good people named Al.

It’s AI generated imagery.
Was not disappointed.
Art is a human act of violence, of volition, not the output of an LLM trained on a couple of years of data. What a load of shit.

ai has a prompt and training behind it

This is an insult to everyone who has ever created art, because it makes it clear...
I got called "a horrible person" for telling an AI defender he's got a spot in hell.
And a bunch got mad at me for I'd take anyone who steals my art to court.
Whats even crazier only 1 person defended me... 😑
Out of the hundreds there...
He eventually blocked me which I found hilarious.

It's the industrial art, the pay the bills art, that people don't seem to catch.
I got a physical mailer with Ai art of pets for a pet related business. That's a serious problem for fighting this slop.
