Not out in the west end much these days so don't use the subway often but noticed this last week. Also noticed their fancy screens don't actually tell you which stop is next which would be much more useful

ScotRail's the same. They still post all latest travel news/delays etc on Twitter/X.

agree - it's also a terrible way to reach all your customers, not all of whom use X, and the algorithm is likely to suppress the actual information you're trying to put out.

Whatsapp channels would be a far more effective way of doing things.

More complicated than one bsky acct on one pc. The management issue is that many orgs are using SM mngt platforms like Hootsuite or Sprout, which have multi-user access, integration with other platforms for cross-posting, response mngt tools, ...
These tools need updates to include bsky.
