This building has been in violation of the EPA clean water act since it’s been built. Also the commercial mortgage loan had 270 million dollars forgiven because of lack of payment. Can’t wait for those letters to go away forever. A desecration of a beautiful city
A valet at the Langford Hotel, Chicago (which is across the Chicago river from the tRump tower) told me recently the number of people taking pictures in front of the hotel with their middle finger extended has become an hourly event!

Could be wrong, but wasn't there a bit of a kerfuffle about him even being able to put his name on the building at all? Had to have been Richard M. at the time, no?
Not going to blame anyone that damages his buildings. But if you plan on doing this, at least warn anyone inside that they should exit in a timely fashion.

I stayed at the hotel right next to that building. My room had a view. We tried to get our room changed but all were taken. We were on an American Queen cruise before they were bought out by American Cruise Lines

I love Chicago so much. But every time I am there, I hope that the Trump sign will be diminished, or gone, or changed. Such a cool city architecturally speaking. I just wish they’d pass some ordinance for signage specifications.
What I like about this photo (aside from the gesturing hands) is that it's an apt metaphor for everything Trump: glitz and glitter and glamour atop a very messy foundation which looks as if it'll soon sink to the bottom.
Remains a highlight of my HS-age son's trip to Chicago that he was able to take a selfie in front of this building with the same gesture. I doubt he'll forget that day as long as he lives.
Happy for Canadians and Toronto that they Tossed Trumps lying ass out of Toronto. His name was plastered on the Building, it was owned by a foreign investor, Trump was just laundering the money!
It will be a great day in Chicago history when those letters are removed from that building. Honestly, Chicago should take over the building by eminent domain, force out all the tenants, and turn it into affordable housing.
