The Wisconsin statute is plain. You cannot offer anything of value to any elector to dissuade or induce them to vote. Period. It prohibits the same with respect to going to the polls for a particular candidate. There’s no innocent explanation for what Musk is doing now to get voters to the polls.

They should absolutely enforce the law but I get it.
There is no point in worrying about being accused of anything. Do you think the people you're worried about making accusations are genuinely concerned about impartiality. You are long, long past that era.
