Yeah, heartbreaking is not the right word. It just crushes me. I've been praying for all being impacted by these abductions and deportations. And it just feels useless. I've also done the protests as much as I can but I disabled and poor as hell. It just feels hopeless for so many people.

Why are you surprised? There are still survivors of the Tulsa Massacre. My grandfather had a cross burned on his lawn. People hate those they feel challenge their status. Immigrants do that. This is a tale as old as time, and my ancestors survived one permutation.
