No. He said a few weeks ago on BlueSky, that he didn’t agree with the lists, and shouldn’t we talk to the other side and try to understand them and engage them. That was a big nope to me.

So... I hadn't really ever entertained the possibility that a billionaire could avoid being unrecognizably twisted by drive to earn/wealth.

Then, in 2010, Hicks Sports Group (then-owner, Dallas Stars) went bankrupt due to a fuckwitted Liverpool F.C. investment.

Many wanted Cuban to buy the Stars.

DFW AAC = Stars home ice & Mavs home court.

Cuban: Hockey teams need owners with history/passion for the sport (but he'd do anything he could to help & loved the distinctiveness of the shared AAC).

He didn't think he was right for every role, or that $ meant nothing else mattered. I like that.
