Well, I doubt CBS is *happy* about getting sued! But it's not uncommon for a BS lawsuit to devolve into a "you scratch my back, etc." settlement. (See also: entertainment law.)

Honestly I sucked at commercial litigation and it gave me soul diarrhea. So I'm just working through my flashbacks lol.
