It’s pretty clear at this point that Trump can’t read the room. Other NATO nations seem willing to step into the place of America in supporting Ukraine’s ongoing defense. This feels like a real shift (not just a rhetorical one) away from the American Presidency being the leader of the free world.

There is no doubt in my mind that Europeans should consider America part of the Axis of Evil.
