What is the limiting principle on the new visa rules? If a visa holder has criticized Trump's tariffs, for instance, are they working against the interests of the US government?
Should their visa be cancelled and should they be arrested?

If this was not a "ruckus" then why wasn't it? /3

B/c the Constitution says lots of things that we've decided to ignore. For instance, about insurrectionists running for POTUS. 7/
That aside, based on what's known so far this is a bad direction. If there's actual evidence of wrongdoing, show it during due process. No deportations without due process, no arrests for exercising 1A rights.
