If the government can pay a foreign state to imprison you and, in so doing, remove you from the protection of US law, the Constitution is worthless.

Yes, this is a fact. The armed forces are sworn to an oath to the Constitution not to a political party or personality. Some will fail. I’m hopeful a significant many will defend our Constitution & our nation. Loss of DOJ as People’s advocate & defender of Constitutional order under law is equal.

There is some chance of that, isn't there? If the existing, insane president constantly violates Fed law and the constitution, and the S. Court is stacked with lackeys of the president, does there become a duty of some of those chiefs of military to take an action? Would take great courage.
