FYI you can request your govt cloud instance that conform to local regulations with domestically collated data centers that don't send traffic to the states
And Labour have done nothing to reverse it.

You don't know where the servers are located and have no control over it.
If the servers are overseas, they're outside of GDPR protections. And there is a possibility that hosting data overseas could be an unlawful export.
